Classes Offered
FC HIIT/Core:
This is a High-Intensity Training (HIT) program that will get you super fit, while having tons of fun! The class includes various cardio and strength drills of easy-to-follow yet challenging moves designed to increase your physical stamina and endurance. Suitable for all levels
FC Shift:
This indoor cycling class is where you literally get to take the “driver’s seat”! YOU get to choose how hard you work, it doesn’t matter if you are a regular cyclist or a new rider, the heart-pounding music will motivate you to turn up the intensity and burn calories!
FC Crush:
Work your arms, core, thighs, and butt in this all-encompassing workout that will Crush all your areas of concern. In this class expect to use exercise bands to elevate your endurance, increase your strength, and challenge your core! If you’re ready to crush your goals, this class is for you! All Levels Welcome!
Zumba®:
Dance, laugh and burn those calories! This vibrant, energy-filled calorie burning phenomenon brings the nightclub to you by fusing hypnotic Latin rhythms with easy-to-follow dance moves that will have you moving and grooving to a sexier shape!
FitDance:
A great cardio dance workout, which incorporates the latest dance moves! Rest assured all fitness levels are welcome to join this fun calorie burning class!
MixxedFit®:
MixxedFit® is a people-inspired fitness program that combines explosive dance movements with bodyweight toning. Our moves are repetitive and easy to follow. We do this, so you can maximize your workouts rather than focus on complicated choreography. We want you leaving the gym dripping in sweat! We incorporate bodyweight toning. You will perform effective body-weight exercises that will tone and sculpt your body. All our movements are big, exaggerated, and our very best. This allows us to burn more calories.
Zumba Gold®:
A longer warm-up and cool-down to allow participants a program that improves balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular strength. This class provides an appropriate dance routine for beginners and elder adults using modified movements. Dance your away to a fun fitness dance class!
Zumba Toning®:
Zumba Toning® combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba® moves to create a calorie-torching, strength training, and dance fitness party. Light weights or maraca-like Toning sticks enhance the rhythm and tone all targeted zones, including arms, abs, glutes, and thighs.
Commit Dance® :
COMMIT Dance® is a dynamic, fun-filled, HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) style dance workout designed and influenced by choreography taught in levels to introduce movement and modification to ensure each student's success. Each routine focuses on essential fitness elements created by a variety of popular music, from all over the world, that will inspire everyone to get moving.
BODYCOMBAT™:
BODYCOMBAT™ is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories* in a class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door.
Xtreme Hip Hop Step :
This revamp of traditional step aerobics includes routines set to old and new-school hip hop that make you want to get up and move while getting a great caloric burn!
FitKick:
Develop new skills while discovering strength and attitude. Jab, cross, hook, and kick your way into a fit physique! Class suitable for all fitness levels.
BODYATTACK™ :
BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging, and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A BODYATTACK instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories* and leaving you with a sense of achievement.
FitStep:
Stepping up, over and around an adjustable step to the beat of high-energy music gives you an excellent total-body workout that's good for burning fat, building muscle, and improving your fitness. Get your heart and lungs in shape as well as lift and tone your glutes. Fit Step is a terrific cross-training activity for runners, cyclists, and walkers.

A group cycling class that will exhilarate and challenge your cardiovascular system, geared towards all fitness levels. Each unique class is sure to strengthen your legs, burn mad calories and build endurance. All Levels are Welcome!
FitH2O:
Come join us for some fun in the pool. A great aerobic and resistance training class that will help strengthen your muscles without putting added stress on your joints.
SilverSneakers Splash™:
Activate your urge for variety! Splash offers fun, shallow-water movement to improve agility and flexibility while addressing cardiovascular, strength and endurance conditioning. No swimming ability is required, and Silver Sneakers kickboard or other aquatic equipment is used to improve strength, balance and coordination.
BODYPUMP™:
BODYPUMP™ is for anyone looking to get lean, toned, and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP™ gives you a totally body workout. It will burn up to 590 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation, and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class felling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

Strength & Length:
Set to great music, this class will focus on bodyweight exercises, and calisthenics stretches to give you the ultimate muscle-building and stretching combination. Activities will focus on the legs, core, and glutes; the major muscle groups used to power your run! After this class, those tired muscles will thank you! Modifications are always available, making these classes great for all fitness levels.
SilverSneakers Classic™:
This fun class focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Participants can use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and an exercise ball. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support.
SilverSneakers Splash™:

Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. This class is suitable for nearly every fitness level.

Senior Fitness:
It's a fun class for keeping fit and healthy as our bodies age. This workout is designed to improve cardiovascular health and muscle tone. Use light dumbbells and resistance tubing to gain strength. Options are shown for all fitness levels.
