FC HIIT/Core:
This is a High Intensity Interval Training program that will get you super fit, while having tons of fun! The class includes various cardio and strength drills of easy-to-follow yet challenging moves designed to increase your physical stamina and endurance. Suitable for all levels.
FC Shift:
This indoor cycling class is where you literally get to take the driver’s seat! YOU get to choose how hard you work. It doesn’t matter if you are a regular cyclist or a new rider, the heart-pounding music will motivate you to turn up the intensity and burn calories!
FC Crush:
FC CRUSH is an all-encompassing workout that will Crush all your areas of concern. In this class, expect to CRUSH some cardio, CRUSH some strength moves and CRUSH your core! If you are ready to CRUSH your goals, this class is for you. All levels are welcome as we will show modifications on all moves.

ZUMBA:
Dance, laugh and burn those calories! This vibrant, energy-filled calorie burning phenomenon brings the nightclub to you by fusing hypnotic Latin rhythms with easy to follow dance moves that will have you moving and grooving to a sexier shape!
FitDance:
A great cardio dance workout that incorporates the latest dance moves! Rest assured all fitness levels are welcome to join this fun calorie burning class!
MixxedFit®:
MixxedFit® is a people-inspired fitness program that combines explosive dance movements with bodyweight toning. Our moves are repetitive and easy to follow. We do this so you can maximize your workouts rather than focus on complicated choreography. We want you leaving the gym dripping in sweat! We incorporate bodyweight toning. You will perform effective bodyweight exercises that will tone and sculpt your body. All our movements are big, exaggerated, and our very best. This allows us to burn more calories.
SH’BAM™:
SH’BAM™ is a fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout with an ego-free zone – no dance experience required. All you need is a playful attitude and a cheeky smile. So forget being a wallflower – even if you walk in thinking you can’t, you walk out knowing you can.
BODYJAM™:
BODYJAM™ is the cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance styles and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as on breaking a sweat.
Zumba Gold®:
This class blends Latin-inspired music and dance with fitness moves, including appropriate dance routines for beginners and elder adults using modified movements. A longer warm-up and cool-down allows participants a program that improves balance, flexibility and cardiovascular strength. Dance your way to fun and fitness!
Zumba Toning®:
Zumba Toning® combines targeted body sculpting exercises and high energy cardio work with Latin infused Zumba® moves to create a calorie torching, strength training, dance fitness party. Light weights or maraca-like toning sticks are used to enhance rhythm and tone all targeted zones, including arms, abs, glutes and thighs.

BODYCOMBAT™:
BODYCOMBAT™ is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories (results may vary) in a class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door.
BODYSTEP™:
BODYSTEP™ is just like walking up and down stairs but includes a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs. In a BODYSTEP Athletic class you combine basic stepping with moves like burpees, push-ups and weight plate exercises to work the upper body. If you fancy quicker stepping and the chance to showcase your rhythm and flair, then BODYSTEP Classic is the way to go. We play invigorating, hit music and inject a whole lot of fun and personality along the way. You can burn up to 620 calories (results may vary) and you’ll leave buzzing with satisfaction.
FitKick:
Develop new skills while discovering strength and attitude. Jab, cross, hook, and kick your way into a fit physique! Class suitable for all fitness levels.
Turbo Kick®:
A fun and exciting cardio kickboxing format that challenges your fitness with rounds that focus on upper and lower body.
Cardio Sculpt:
A low impact cardio class that tones and sculpts the body using light weights, resistance tubing or just body weight to lengthen the muscles. A focus is spent on cardio, balance, flexibility and strength. All levels are welcome!
Total Body FITness:
Interval training and muscle conditioning combined into a one-hour class that will leave you wanting more.
BODYATTACK™:
BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves for everyone from total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A BODYATTACK instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories (results may vary) and leaving you with a sense of achievement.
FitStep:
A workout designed using step equipment that is suitable for all levels. This class is a gradual build of choreography and intensity, with an emphasis on lower body endurance with a segment focused on toning STEP. Includes a combination of step aerobics and strength training using weights and/or your own body resistance. A great total body workout! Be ready to have fun and sweat when you come to class!
Strong by Zumba®:
Combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music designed to match every move, so you can stop counting reps and start training to the beat.

A group cycling class that will exhilarate and challenge your cardiovascular system, geared toward all fitness levels. Each unique class is sure to strengthen your legs, burn mad calories and build endurance.
RPM™:
RPM™ is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of motivating music. Burn up to 620 calories (results may vary) a workout and get fit fast. Learn all the basic cycling moves like standing up, sitting down, changing hand positions, speeding up and slowing down. You control your own resistance levels and sprint speed, so you can build up your training level over time. If you want a true sense of achievement, get into an RPM™ class today.

Fit Poolates:
A.K.A. “Pilates in the water.” Poolates is a core-strengthening workout and improves flexibility for anyone who might not be able to do land Pilates. The water acts as an equalizer for stability and is beneficial for all levels of fitness.
SilverSneakers Splash™:
Activate your urge for variety! Splash offers fun, shallow-water movement to improve agility and flexibility while addressing cardiovascular, strength and endurance conditioning. No swimming ability is required and SilverSneakers kickboard or other aquatic equipment is used to improve strength, balance and coordination.

BODYPUMP™:
BODYPUMP™ is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques – pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
FitSculpt:
Non-impact class that tones and sculpts the body using light weight and resistance, along with body weight, to lengthen the muscle. All levels welcome.
Fit Butt & Gut:
Work your core and lower body with this definition-building class. Improve tone, not just in your glutes and abs, but also in your lower back, quads, hamstrings and inner thighs.

SilverSneakers Stability™:
SilverSneakers Stability is designed to help you become stronger and improve balance. The movements taught in class focus on specific exercises to improve strength and power around the ankle, knee and hip joints, while improving your reaction time. This class is designed for fall prevention and is suitable for nearly every fitness level. It can be adapted depending on the skill of individual participants. A chair may be used for balance and support.
SilverSneakers Boom Muscle™:
SilverSneakers Boom Muscle is a 30-minute class that includes sports-inspired exercises that improve upper body conditioning, focusing on each muscle group during "blocks." Tone your muscles and build overall strength in muscle.
SilverSneakers Classic™:
This fun class focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Participants can use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and an exercise ball. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support.
SilverSneakers Circuit™:
The SilverSneakers Circuit™ workout offers standing, low-impact choreography alternated with standing upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers™ ball. A chair is available for support. This class is suitable for nearly every fitness level and can be adapted depending on the skill of individual participants.

This class is suited for all levels of members who enjoy a challenge of physical practice of flowing yoga poses that will sculpt, tone, and refine the body and mind. Each yoga class is unique to the individual style of the trained instructor.
Fit Pilates:
A mat class that focuses on strengthening the muscles of the “powerhouse”—abs, back, glutes and thighs—based on the teachings of Joseph Pilates. Through the series of movements over time, Pilates paves the road to optimal strength, flexibility, and posture to create a longer, leaner you.
SilverSneakers Yoga™:
Get ready to move through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered so you can perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. This class is suitable for nearly every fitness level.
PiYo®:
PiYo® combines the muscle sculpting, core firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the intensity to deliver a true fat burning, low impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean and incredibly defined.
BODYFLOW™:
BODYFLOW™ is ideal for anyone and everyone as a yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. During BODYFLOW an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace the elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm, centered and happy.
