Thank you for being part of the FitNation community. We want to share an important update regarding your membership. Effective January 1, 2026, FitNation Bedford will be closing its doors.
We’ve partnered with Fitness Connection to ensure you can continue your fitness routine with minimal disruption, and we are pleased to inform you that, effective 12/26/25, you can work out at Fitness Connection located at 3300 Harwood Road, Bedford, TX.
We understand that transitions can be challenging, and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. Your fitness goals remain our top priority, and we are committed to making this process as smooth as possible.

You may begin working out at Fitness Connection – Bedford starting 12/26/25. Simply let the front desk know you’re a FitNation member, show them your FitNation key tag and complete a waiver during your first visit.
➡️ Membership Transition
Your membership will officially transition to Fitness Connection on 1/1/26. Membership details will be finalized once the transfer is complete, and you’ll receive additional communication with more information.

Stop by Fitness Connection at 3300 Harwood Road in Bedford and start working out beginning December 26. Their team will be happy to assist you.

Q: What is happening with FitNation and my membership?
A: FitNation will close effective 1/1/26. Your active membership will transition to Fitness Connection, with the Bedford location serving as your home club. You may begin working out at Fitness Connection – Bedford starting 12/26/25.
Q: Will my membership change?
A: Your membership will transition to Fitness Connection on January 1, 2026. Your rate will not increase, and your membership will be mapped to a comparable Fitness Connection plan. You will have access to Fitness Connection locations. Final details will be confirmed once the transfer is complete, and you’ll receive additional information at that time.
Q: Will I have access to all Fitness Connection locations?
A: Starting 12/26, you’ll have access to Fitness Connection – Bedford. Beginning 1/1/26, your membership will include All-Club Access, allowing you to visit other Fitness Connection locations based on your assigned membership tier.
Please note that amenities vary by location. The Bedford club does not offer Kids Club or 24/7 access. The closest location with Kids Club is Irving, and Grand Prairie offers both Kids Club and 24/5 access. We are also excited to share that you can explore our vast Group Fitness catalog.
Q: Who should I contact with questions during the transition?
A: During the transition, FitNation will continue to assist with account questions and cancellation requests. Please contact FitNation at 817-508-0796 through the end of January. Once memberships are fully converted, Fitness Connection’s Customer Service team will be available to support you at 800-922-7898.
Q: Which Fitness Connection locations offer Kids Club and/or 24/5 access in the DFW area?
A: Availability of amenities varies by location. Below is a list of nearby Fitness Connection clubs in the DFW area that offer Kids Club and/or 24/5 access (Monday–Friday).
