Jeremy B. is the Club Manager of Fitness Connection – Mesquite. Jeremy’s been with Fitness Connection since 2021 and is passionate about serving the community by assisting members on their fitness journey. Jeremy believes that fitness is not about being better than someone else but about being better than you used to be. His favorite workout routine is medium cardio followed by light weight, heavy reps strengthening exercises.
