About Fitness Connection - Mesquite
The Mesquite Fitness Connection gym is located at the corner of 635 and Town East. The Mesquite gym offers a variety of amenities, all included in your membership starting as low as $10 a month.
Fitness Connection Mesquite offers an expansive workout floor, a wide variety of group fitness classes, multiple basketball courts, a Kids Club, Women’s only workout area and FitFlix Theater.
Arthur T. is the Club Manager of Fitness Connection – Mesquite. Arthur’s been with Fitness Connection since 2022, starting at FC-Garland and has a passion for weight training and 5K events. Arthur believes in pushing the mind and body and challenging yourself for constant growth. His favorite workout routine is Chest Day!!
