Fitness Connection is your ultimate workout space. Now more than ever, our staff is dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals. Our wide-open gyms have up to 72,000 sq. ft. of space, giving you way more than 6 feet of social distancing.

Enhanced Cleaning and Sanitization is a major priority for us at Fitness Connection to ensure the safety of all our members and employees. We have increased staffing to cover all operating hours with frequent, enhanced-level cleaning and disinfecting of all high-touch areas of the gym. Our new limited hours of operation allow for deep-cleaning and disinfecting while closed.

Equipment Distancing is key to maintaining peace of mind. Some of our cardio and strength machines are unavailable to keep social distancing rules in effect. Most areas of the gym have been repurposed to provide more equipment in a spacious environment to ensure everyone is at least 6 feet away from each other during their workout routine.

Sanitizing Stations allow our employees and members to keep our gyms as clean as possible. We have installed additional stations around the gym, complete with hospital-grade disinfectant so you can clean the equipment before and after using it.
