Avocado No We Didn’t
On a piece of toast, mixed with other veggies or enjoyed by itself, we don’t really need another excuse to eat avocados. They are one of nature’s most delicious superfoods packed with all sorts of vitamins and nutrients—not to mention deliciousness.
Avocados also have a bunch of potassium—a main electrolyte in helping regulate fluid in your bodies and cells. It’s also a great conductor of electricity which helps your body send signals efficiently. FUN FACT: They also contain more potassium than bananas!
BUT THAT’S NOT ALL!
A single avocado has roughly 20% of your daily value of folate. Which is needed for cell growth and function.
Long story short? Avocados are awesome!
