First and foremost, we want to assure you that your billing information was not compromised in any way. We quickly identified that there was an issue on our site that caused us not to save the information, but there is no risk of unauthorized access.

To ensure uninterrupted access to your club and to complete your membership setup, we kindly ask you to update your billing information securely via our member portal. We understand that this may be an inconvenience, and for that, we sincerely apologize. Your cooperation will help us serve you better and provide you with the seamless experience you deserve.

How to Update Your Billing Information:

  1. Visit our members page: https://fitnessconnection.com/member-accounts
  2. Select your state to direct you to the correct member portal
  3. Log in using your member id
  4. Navigate to the "Billing Info" section.
  5. Enter your billing details securely. Rest assured, our portal is equipped with state-of-the-art encryption to safeguard your data.

  1. Call our Member Support Center at 800-922-7898, Monday - Friday, 8AM - 6PM CST, where one of our friendly teammates will guide you through the online process and help you identify the necessary ID. Please note that our support team cannot update your billing information for you.
  2. You may visit your local Fitness Connection, where one of our EPIC Front Desk Teammates will be delighted to assist you directly.
