We want to thank you for being a valued member of Fit Factory. As you may already know, our gym has recently closed, and we are transferring your membership to a new health club.
We are pleased to inform you that, effective immediately, you can work out at Fitness Connection, located at 2334 W Buckingham Rd Ste 100, Garland, TX 75042, as they have generously agreed to accommodate our members during this transition and ensure your fitness journey continues without interruption.
We understand that transitions can be challenging, and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. Your fitness goals remain our top priority, and we are committed to making this process as smooth as possible.
WHAT THIS MEANS
➡️ Gym Access: You can begin using Fitness Connection's Garland facilities immediately. Simply present your Fit Factory key tag or your barcode in the Fit Factory App!
➡️ Membership Transfer: We are working diligently to ensure that your membership details are honored and seamlessly transferred to Fitness Connection. You will receive additional information about your new membership status as soon as the transfer is complete. We don't anticipate any changes to your terms; however, if your current membership rate changes, it will likely be lower to reflect FitnessConnection's offerings.

During this transition, we're giving you access to all FITCO locations, including our premium Carrollton club, so you have even more ways to work out. Q: Will there be any changes to my membership?
A: We're working to make your membership transition as smooth as possible. We don't anticipate any significant changes to your membership terms. In the meantime, you'll enjoy access to all FITCO locations at no additional cost during the transition.
Q: Will my rates and annual fees stay the same?
A: We're still finalizing the details of your membership transfer, but your access to fitness won't be interrupted. We'll email you more information about your membership rates and annual fees in the coming days, so keep an eye on your inbox.
Q: Can I visit other FITCO locations?
A: Absolutely! During this transition, we're giving you access to all FITCO clubs, including our premium Carrollton location, regardless of your previous FitFactory membership access. You can visit our Garland and Mesquite locations using your Fit Factory keytag or app barcode. To visit any other FITCO location, you'll simply need to sign a guest waiver before your workout. Be sure to bring your Fit Factory keytag or have your app barcode ready each time you visit any FITCO club.
