A: Fit Factory in Colleyville, TX, has closed, and we're excited to welcome you to Fitness Connection! Your membership has been automatically transferred, and the Bedford, TX, location is now your new home gym. You can start using the Bedford facility right away—just show your Fit Factory key tag or app barcode.

A: We've made some adjustments to your membership costs:
Your membership will continue without interruption. You'll stay on the Fit Factory system until the end of the month, and then you'll transition to Fitness Connection, where you'll notice some changes in how your billing is handled.
A: Yes! If you have multi-club access, you'll keep this privilege once the transition is complete. For now, you can enjoy the Bedford location.
A: No need for a new key tag. Once the transition is complete, you'll use the Fitness Connection app for access and club information.
A: We encourage you to try out the new gym first! If you still want to cancel, you'll need to follow the cancellation terms of your Fit Factory membership. You can call Fitness Connection at 800-922-7898 or visit the Bedford club for assistance.
