Important Update Regarding Your Monthly Payment

At Fitness Connection, we are dedicated to providing you with the best possible fitness experience and the incredible benefits of being a member.

 

Our records indicate you have been enrolled in a membership that has a discounted monthly rate for paying by an ACH account. We also show that you are not using an ACH account for payment and therefore the $2.50 monthly discount does not apply. To continue receiving the $2.50 discount, we encourage you to switch your payment method back to ACH, utilizing your banking information by October 26, 2024. Doing so will keep your ACH discounted monthly rate.

 

You can easily update your payment method in the Fitness Connection App by navigating to the payment settings. Alternatively, you can visit the front desk at your home gym, where one of our EPIC teammates will be happy to assist you with the change.
