Fitness Connection – South Park is a spacious workout facility located in South Park Mall that includes 73-thousand square feet of workout space, new state-of-the-art equipment, and extraordinary amenities that are available to all members. Such amenities include Virtual and Instructor led Group Classes in a premiere Group Fitness Studio, a designated Group Cycling Studio, a turf training area with a functional training rig, full-size basketball courts, men and women’s locker rooms complete with saunas, a Women’s Workout Area, and a Kids Club with tablets, a mini basketball court, and theater. The gym is also the first to feature a custom street art mural by local San Antonio artists, Los Otros.

Jose M. is the Club Manager of Fitness Connection South Park. Jose has been with Fitness Connection since April 2018 and has a passion for helping others achieve their personal goals. Jose believes nothing is more important than reminding members that they are part of a bigger family and centers his team around that philosophy. Jose’s favorite workout routines is arm day in the free weight section. He also loves any outdoor activity such as hiking, fishing, kayaking, and spear fishing.
