Fitness Connection – Park Forest is located at 3630 Forest Lane at the intersection of Marsh and Forest Lane in the Park Forest Shopping Center SW. With 55-thousand square feet of workout space, this fitness center is equipped with new state-of-the-art equipment and extraordinary amenities that are available to all members. Such amenities include Virtual and Instructor-led Group Classes in a premiere Group Fitness Studio, a designated Group Cycling Studio, a turf training area with a functional training rig, full-size basketball courts, men’s and women’s locker rooms complete with saunas, a Women’s Workout Area, and a Kids Club with tablets, a mini basketball court, and theater.

Jose H. is the Club Manager of Fitness Connection – Park Forest. Jose’s been with Fitness Connection since 2018 and is passionate about helping others become the best possible version of themselves. Jose believes that in order to exceed your goals, you must be willing to push yourself past your limits. His favorite workout routine is an upper & lower split, with basketball for cardio.
