The North Hills Fitness Connection gym is located in the North Hills Shopping Center, next to Smoothie King and Lou Lou store. The North Hills gym offers a variety of amenities, with memberships starting as low as $10 a month.   

Fitness Connection North Hills offers an expansive workout floor, a wide variety of group fitness classes, a turf training area, a Kids Club, a Women’s Workout Area and Fit Flix Theater.

Thomas S. is the Club Manager of Fitness Connection – North Hills. Thomas has been with Fitness Connection since 2017 and has a passion for changing people’s lives every day. Thomas believes nothing is more important than creating an actual connection with members and guests. Thomas favorite workout is using a circuit to work on all aspects of the body.
