Elias C. is the Club Manager of Fitness Connection – Mission Bend. Elias has been with Fitness Connection since 2005 and is passionate about helping others reach success through health and fitness. Elias believes that a proper health and fitness routine improves every aspect of life and should involve the whole family. Elias’s favorite workout routine is Integrated Stability based on the NASM OPT Model.
