The Lake Creek gym is located at Lake Creek Shopping Center just off Highway 183. The Lake Creek gym offers a variety of amenities, all included in your membership, starting as low as $10 a month. Fitness Connection Lake Creek offers an expansive workout floor, a wide variety of group fitness classes, basketball court, sauna, a Kids Club and Women’s Workout Area with Fit Flix Theater.

Darius C. aka “Dee” is the Club Manager of Fitness Connection – Lake Creek. Dee has been with Fitness Connection since 2019 and he enjoys seeing the excitement it beings to people when they accomplish their fitness goals. Dee believes fitness is the fountain of youth. His favorite workout routine is building lean muscle through lightweight lifting with more reps and minimum rest in between each set to optimize muscle building.
