Haley S. is the Club Manager of Fitness Connection Jones Road. Haley’s been with the Fitness Connection since 2017. Haley believes in creating an atmosphere that is comfortable for all individuals, no matter where they are in their fitness journey. Haley enjoys high-intensity interval training (HIIT) programs as she has found them to be an effective way to increase her cardiovascular endurance while working towards her postpartum weight-loss journey. She looks forward to using her industry experience, as well as her passion for people, to help you achieve your goals.
