The Greenspoint Fitness Connection gym is located at the corner of 45 North and the Beltway 8 part of Greenspoint Mall. The Greenspoint gym offers a variety of amenities, with memberships starting as low as $10 a month.

Fitness Connection Greenspoint offers an expansive workout floor, a wide variety of group fitness classes, basketball court, a Kids Club, Women’s Workout Area, sauna and a functional training area.

Miguel O. is the Club Manager of Fitness Connection Greenspoint. Miguel’s been with Fitness Connection since 2005 and has always been a great asset to the team. Miguel believes nothing is more important than guiding members through their fitness journey. Miguel’s workout routine begins every Monday, also known as National Chest Day. Miguel starts off with a 20-minute Stairmaster warmup, followed by 5 different chest workouts, 15 minutes of cardio and 10 minutes in the sauna.
