The Garland Fitness Connection Gym is located off Shiloh Road and Buckingham Road. The Garland gym offers a variety of amenities, all included in your membership starting as low as $10 a month.
Fitness Connection Garland offers a $5 million-dollar facility equipped with a wide variety of cardio and resistance machines, a Kids Club, Women’s only workout area, turf training area armed with tire flips, battle ropes and a punching bag!
Gil Blackmon is the Club Manager of Fitness Connection Garland. Gil has been with Fitness Connection since 2020 and strives to change as many lives as possible through health and fitness. Gil believes that fitness fosters a connection with your mind and body. An active, healthy lifestyle makes for a happier, healthier life. Gil’s favorite workouts are those that include, but are not limited to mental acuity, cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength, and muscular endurance.
