Fitness Connection Clear Lake offers an expansive workout floor with free weights and dumbbells from 10 lbs to 150 lbs, a wide variety of group fitness classes, a full basketball court, a sauna, a Kids Club, a Women’s only workout area and Fit Flix Theater.

Elijah Mays is the Club Manager of Fitness Connection – Clear Lake. Elijah’s been with Fitness Connection since 2020 and has always had a passion for helping others in their fitness journey. He’s a former professional athlete and former trainer for athletes ranging from elementary to the pros but is most passionate about helping the everyday person achieve their fitness goals. Elijah believes everyone should have the opportunity, support and resources to live a healthy lifestyle. His favorite workout routine is based typically on performance so his aesthetics can be transformed as a byproduct in the process.
