Fitness Connection – Blanco West can be found in the Parliament Square II shopping center, conveniently located off Blanco Road and West Avenue. Members of Blanco West have access to an impressive array of amenities and cutting-edge equipment, including a premiere Group Fitness Studio with both Virtual and Instructor-led Group Classes, a specialized Group Cycling Studio, a functional training rig within the turf training area, full-size courts for basketball and pickleball, complete men’s and women’s locker rooms with saunas, a designated Women’s Workout Area, and a Kids Club offering tablets, a mini basketball court, and a theater.

James L. is the Club Manager of Fitness Connection – Blanco West. Although James only started with Fitness Connection in 2022, he has 18 years of experience in the fitness industry. His main passion has always been training and development. James believes that meeting everyone’s personal fitness needs is important. Taking the time to truly listen and understand an individual’s goals is what sets the platform for fitness success stories. James’ favorite workout is playing basketball.
