The Bissonnet Fitness Connection gym is located on Bissonnet and Fondren (Old Randall’s). The Bissonnet gym offers a variety of amenities, all included in your membership starting as low as $10 a month.

Fitness Connection Bissonnet offers an expansive workout floor, a wide variety of group fitness classes, basketball court, a Kids Club, Women’s only workout area, sauna and a Fit Flix Theater.

Elias C. is the Club Manager of Fitness Connection Bissonnet. Elias has been with Fitness Connection since 2005 and is passionate about helping others reach success through health and fitness. Elias believes that a proper health and fitness routine improves every aspect of life and should involve the whole family. Elias’s favorite workout routine is Integrated Stability based on the NASM OPT Model.
