The Allen Fitness Connection gym is located on 605 W. McDermott in Allen, next to Allen Dentistry. The Allen gym offers a variety of amenities, all included in your membership starting as low as $10 a month.

Fitness Connection Allen offers a wide variety of group fitness classes, cardio machines, free weights up to 150 lbs., showers, sauna, multiple basketball and racquetball courts, a Kids Club, Women’s only workout area and Fit Flix Theater.

Taylor S. is the Club Manager of Fitness Connection – Allen. Taylor’s been with Fitness Connection since 2022 and believes in providing an EPIC fitness experience to all members at the gym through guidance and coaching. Taylor believes that fitness is a journey that evolves and changes over time to fit the individuals needs as they progress and grow. His favorite workout routine is functional training designed around the members aches, pains, aliments, and developing a plan to help.
