LesMills BODYBALANCE™ is a yoga class for everyone, combining yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates. With a calming soundtrack in the background, you will flow through a series of simple moves to improve your body, mind and overall well-being. Our professional instructors will offer modifications to suit all experience levels, and breathing control is emphasized throughout the class.
