This indoor cycling class allows you to take the “driver’s seat”! Whether you are a regular cyclist or a new rider, you get to choose how hard you work. The heart-pounding music will motivate you to turn up the intensity to burn calories and build cardiovascular conditioning and strength!
Who IS THIS
CLASS FOR?
All fitness levels are welcome in this class. We suggest bringing a towel and water bottle for your comfort and hydration. We recommend wearing cycling shoes, but they're not required.
