Get ready to eclipse your fitness goals with this total eclipse themed workout circuit! Designed to be fun, challenging, and effective, this circuit will help you stay active and healthy while preparing for the upcoming total eclipse.

• Warm-Up (Sun Salutation): Start your workout with a sun salutation to honor the sun before it's temporarily obscured by the moon during the eclipse. Perform each pose slowly and mindfully, focusing on your breath and stretching your muscles.

1. Moonwalk Lunges: Channel your inner Michael Jackson and perform moonwalk lunges across the room. This exercise targets your quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes while improving balance and coordination.
2. Solar Flare Jump Squats: Get ready to jump as high as the sun with solar flare jump squats. Start in a squat position, then explode upwards into a jump, reaching for the sky. This exercise builds explosive power in your legs and helps improve cardiovascular fitness.
3. Eclipse Plank: Assume a plank position, then slowly lower your body to the floor, keeping your elbows close to your sides. Push yourself back up to the plank position. This exercise strengthens your core, chest, and arms.
4. Crescent Moon Crunches: Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Place your hands behind your head and lift your shoulders off the floor, crunching towards your left knee. Repeat on the right side. This exercise targets your obliques and helps sculpt your waistline.
5. Star Pose Stretch: Stand tall with your feet together and arms extended out to the sides, forming a star shape. Reach your fingertips towards the sky and elongate your body. Hold this pose for 30 seconds to improve flexibility and posture.
