Q: What is happening to the Pleasant Valley location?
A: It is with a heavy heart that we have made the tough decision not to renew the lease at the Pleasant Valley location. Therefore, this location will permanently close on February 28, 2021. We treasure the opportunity to change lives and hope our guests continue their fitness journeys at our nearby location in North Hills, which has all the same outstanding amenities with more space to continue your workouts.
Q: What will happen to my Fitness Connection Membership?
A: All members who originally enrolled at the Pleasant Valley location will be upgraded to a Premium Plus membership with access to all Fitness Connection locations companywide. We hope you continue your fitness journey with us at our nearby location in North Hills, which has all the same outstanding amenities with more space to continue your workouts. In addition, you will receive a 15% discount off retail items, including drinks, bars, supplements, apparel and accessories for the duration of your membership.
Q: Will my rate increase since I will now have the Upgraded membership plan?
A: No, your dues will remain at their current rate, plus you will have access to all locations and a 15% discount off retail items.
Q: What will happen to my Personal Training Agreement or my unused sessions?
A: You may continue with your Personal Training Agreement as planned. Your PT Agreement will be transferred to your preferred location. Please speak to the Fitness Manager to coordinate which location is best for you.
Q: What if I want to cancel my gym membership?
A: We hope that you are not canceling because of the transition – you will absolutely love our other locations just as much as Pleasant Valley! However, if you still choose to cancel, here are a few ways to do so.

- Note: Due to the Midwest Winter Storm, our call center is currently unavailable from the power outages. We expect the member services center to be up and running Monday 2/22.
- Visit any Fitness Connection Location – find the closest location here.

Q: What if I am a Tivity Health/Silver Sneakers – will my membership be transferred as well?
A: Yes, all of our Fitness Connection locations are part of the Tivity Health/Silver Sneakers program. See the Club Manager for further details.
