The Westheimer Fitness Connection gym is located at 11320 Westheimer Road, and only minutes away from Westheimer Central Plaza and Houston Community College Alief Hayes Campus. The Westheimer gym offers a variety of amenities, all included in your membership starting as low as $10 a month.

Fitness Connection Westheimer offers an expansive workout floor, a wide variety of selectorized strength equipment, plate loaded equipment, free weights, cardio machines and a Women’s only workout area. Our club was completely remodeled back in June 2019 with all brand new equipment, free weights, cardio and sauna.

Joshua S. is the Club Manager of Fitness Connection Westheimer. Joshua’s been with Fitness Connection since 2015 and enjoys changing lives for the better every day. Joshua strives to provide the best facility, the friendliest staff, and the most affordable prices ever seen at a gym. Joshua’s workout routine consists of a mix of chest and shoulders. He focuses on his upper body and on getting the correct muscle contraction to make every repetition count.
