What Does It Mean To Be A Member At Fitness Connection?
We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to live better. We set out to change everything about fitness so we could change more lives.
We want people to be comfortable just hearing our name and seeing our colors. Yellow encourages a warm, happy, and friendly relationship. Red inspires energy and passion to get us all moving. Finally, blue reaffirms a respectful and trusting relationship between us and our members.
We want to be upfront with our members when they walk in the door and not have any undisclosed fees. Our mission is to change lives, and if we want to do that then why not make fitness affordable to everyone? The lower price point is not due to the fact that we are a low quality facility, quite the contrary. We simply want everyone to have the ability to walk into our health club and experience what it feels like to have an upscale club at an affordable price. It also allows people to invest where they need it – on getting themselves results.
Our bodies are complex, and sometimes, getting fit requires some extra assistance. At Fitness Connection, we made getting help easier and more affordable. We have three training options to choose from: personal, small group, and team training. Personal training utilizes our nationally certified trainers in a one-on-one environment. Small group training uses the same certified trainers, but you will be paired in a group instead of one-on-one. Many members prefer this method due to the competition and camaraderie it lends itself to. Lastly, team training is our intense class workout that combines the popular classes Bootcamp, Insanity, Pound and more into one workout. Any one of these options will help our members get what they desire quicker, and that is results.
We believe in offering great facilities that are fun and consider every need. Whether it’s Kid’s Club for the family, Fit Flix cinema, group exercise classes, pools, spas, saunas, steam rooms, basketball , racquetball courts, and more, we’ve got it! Our facilities have state-of-the-art equipment and we take pride in maintaining a clean, friendly workout atmosphere.
As we look to the future, our guiding purpose is to enhance lives by providing affordable and high quality fitness. Everything we do should be driven by enhancing lives, affordability, and high quality.
By doing this we will change lives.
what our members are saying
Don't take it from us, hear what other members of Fitness Connection have to say about how our personal trainers helped to change their lives.
Fitness Connection’s Kid’s Club is a safe & fun “child watch” center located inside all of our facilities. This service is provided to you, our members and guests, allowing you to feel comfortable that your child(ren) is/are being taken care of while you are in the gym working out. Our staff will allow you to continue on your fitness journey, while we take care of the little ones.
