BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.

This service is provided to you, our members and guests, allowing you to feel comfortable that your child(ren) is/are being taken care of while you work out. Our Kid’s Club facility is not a licensed day-care facility, therefore you must remain inside the facility while your child (ren) is/are signed into the Kid’s Club. Fitness Connection – Greenville is located on Oakmont Drive just off of South Charles Boulevard next to Han-dee Hugo’s. Our state-of-the-art gym in Greenville features everything you need to achieve the results you are looking for in a health club. Our Greenville facility features a fit-flix movie theater. Dear valued members of Fitness Connection Greenville
We hope you’ve been enjoying the most recent updates to the club: the turf training and free-weight areas, as well as the new locker rooms. We invested in these updates to make Fitness Connection a place you want to be and, as a result, the Greenville club is more popular than ever! However, we do realize the increased attendance has caused an even greater parking issue, which we’re looking to correct.
The evaluation process will begin this summer as we look for the best solution to expand parking. The most viable option is the area currently occupied by the pool. The process will require significant investment and approval from the city and the outdoor pool will be closed for the upcoming season as we continue to evaluate the feasibility of making this change.
We will keep everyone informed as we have more information available on the parking expansion.
